Take it from me - she's amazing! I had NEVER been a "group fitness or class girl" but she makes it FUN and HARD all at the same time! Worth every penny and then some! It's as if you have a PRIVATE instructor because she makes sure your form is correct and checks on you if you aren't there! Think Peloton can beat Angi training on Zoom? I'd challenge that opinion. Your Peloton coach won't know you personally-- Angi will. She knows what you can do and pushes you harder because of that. And the workouts are so varied, more than just cycling or cardio. I've gained strength and definition while losing 20 pounds and 3 inches in the waist. For less than a Starbucks a day, you can have a personal trainer.

OK.... so this is Angi every single day!!! Because seriously everyday is a different workout, I really don’t know how she manages to come up with a different workout for everyday for over 6 months! I started working out with Angi 8 months ago when the pandemic hit. I am so lucky to have found Angi & this amazing fitness group. I workout with Angi every morning. She is patient, passionate & demonstrates the correct form. She corrects you & encourages you. 've spent the last four years as an avid CrossFitter. Then, COVID struck. With gyms getting shut down, I turned to other options. My long time high school friend, Angi "Makosky" van de Sande invited me to join her virtual work out group. I thought I was in good shape until I started trying to keep up with her. Need a work out with a live experienced coach? Angi is the one for you! I’ve known Angi for over two years and I’ve taken her classes at the gym on a regular basis until Covid hit. Thank goodness she started the live zoom workouts. She has shown her dedication, and expertise in developing various exercise programs designed to fit any fitness level. She genuinely makes you feel welcome, personally checks your form while you are working out. She has created a special fitness family atmosphere with all of us. She does an amazing job with mixing up total body exercises. I have done regular exercise apps in the past, but I had trouble getting motivated to start. But knowing that Angi’s class is at a particular time it is easier for me to show up and it also pushes me to work harder knowing that she is watching me live versus a pre-recorded trainer. Being a physical therapist and someone who has exercised regularly over the past several years and essentially been active with sports all my life, at 51 I am in the best shape of my life!! I have noticed results by working out with Angi approximately six times a week. Even without changing my diet I have definitely noticed more muscle tone. I feel healthier and stronger because of her!! I have practiced in an orthopedic physical therapy setting for over 26 years, I have continuously learned the recent evidence based functional exercise concepts and the proper Body mechanics to make the exercise is most effective and reduce the chance of injury. In December 2019, she introduced herself to me when I was at a low point with respect to my training/wellness. A friend and I were trying to perform push-ups in one of the studios. What makes her unique is she will push you, all of her workouts are hard and she really emphasizes correct form. CFOAngi's classes have been a lifesaver especially when the pandemic started escalating. They've given me a healthy and productive outlet to get rid of stress. She is by far the toughest instructor I've worked with, but I'm also stronger than I've ever been. She will encourage you and push you while still being aware of your personal fitness level. And the workouts are always changing which helps keep it interesting. If you struggle to workout by yourself and miss the group setting of classes, I definitely recommend giving her classes a try!

I have been working out in Angi's classes for over 8 yrs. Not only are my muscles stronger but my cardio is as well!! When I first started I could not do a pushup on my toes. Now not only can I do them on my toes now but on my birthday I have to do my age in push ups - on my toes. I am now 64! I can do it because she told me I could. Every time I think I am achieving a milestone, she pushes me to the next one either increasing my weights or the number of reps. Oh and by the way, she corrects my form as well- A LOT! HA! The best part of her workouts are the variety and the challenges and encouragement! So just to let you know, start now and you can do push ups on your toes with me on my next birthday in July! In every class she coached as a trainer, she always pushed me and all the participants beyond our limit. I became “Angi’s fan” and you can find me following her in almost every class she coached. When the COVID-19 started and we all were forced to go in lock down, Angi invited me and a group of other friends to join her in a Zoom group fitness with a daily schedule 7 days a week. After a few months, Angi and Robert developed the FITVDS application. It was a normal transition for me to move with her to this new phase of online fitness. FITVDS became my platform of choice for online fitness with its daily classes coached by Angi and other Trainers. The same philosophy of pushing us beyond our limit continues with FITVDS. Om my goodness, where do I start? I have been extremely thankful to have these virtual classes to keep my fitness routine in tact during this crazy time. It keeps me not only physically but mentally strong! The flexibility of the class times, variety of workouts, and the motivation of Angi and others who show up with me keeps me going! Very thankfulto have other amazing instructors stepping in and hosting some classes throughout the week to support everyone's goals. While I'm sure I'd be doing something without these classes, I'm certain it would not be as effective as this! I love the challenges. It never gets easy, and at times I'm eye rolling, cursing, wondering how I can get through it, but I push along with everyone else and at the end of it all, feel great. We are all so fortunate to have access to such a wonderful fitness instructor and fitness group!

I never thought I would give up my gym membership until Covid-19 hit and the gym closed. I took up walking every day, but that wasn’t enough for me. Joining Angi’s classes was the perfect solution to give me the workout I need. I love doing it via Zoom as I can practically roll out of bed and start exercising at 6:00 am. It is a different class every day which holds my attention and provides me with a full-body workout. I can also do pre-recorded classes when I need to. Angi is the best instructor, and I compliment her for this great exercise concept. Even though the gym is back open, I cannot see going back as long as Angi has these classes.

Think a Zoom workout can't be inspiring? Wrong! Angi has coached me for four years, both in person and via Zoom. I change and throw on shoes a few minutes before the workout, it's always a different mix of cardio, strength and core, and I'm already home to take a shower, no locker room or commute. Student & TeacherI joined this fitness community in March 2020 and it is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. With over 70 live classes a week and hundreds more in her video library there is a class for everyone. I have done Yoga, Beginners, Stretching, Boxing, Cardio and HIIT just to name a few. I take her with me on vacations and pull up a video when it's convenient for me! I love that she gives low, medium and high impact moves for each exercise so you can change it up according to how your body is feeling that day and still get a fantastic workout in. I am in some of the best shape of my life and it is 100% thanks to Angi. She keeps you motivated throughout the class and most importantly she is watching you and will not hesitate to correct you if you are doing a move wrong.
